- The customer can upgrade the type of license from the basic license to full license and that requires payment of the cost difference between them (the price of the full license - the price of the basic license = cost difference).
- The client gets a control panel to manage his website.
- The client will receive free technical support (including consultation and advice, error correction and technical problem solving, creating or suspending e-mail accounts, training on useinig the control panel by telephone),That dont include additions,programming modifications or changing the form of the website or data entry).
- he client will receive paid technical support and includes all the client's needs related to the design and programming of the website and their technical matters.
- Customer can request the removal of our company name (Design and Programming By Professional Designer) located at the bottom of the ready-made template for an additional fee.

- The client may not request copy of the software files or database related to the website or in any form unless he upgrades license from the basic license to the full license as described in the first clause of the above features.
- The client may not transfer or operate his website on servers that are not managed by the Professional Designer company unless upgrades license from the basic license to the full license as described in the first clause of the above features.
Full License:
The client obtains all the software files and the database, allowing him full access to modify the programming by any other company or to operate the website on any server of his own and any number he wants or sell the website of any individual or group and any number.
Full License Features:
- The client gets all the software files and the database related to the website as a (zip file). client has the right to completely manage of the Website without reference to us.
- The client can request to operate the website on any server or storage space related to him, and the operation is free for one time only, where the client can then request to transfer the website from any server to another for a small fee as a new service.
-The client can request any kind of modifications to his website or modify any template at any time, for an additional fee as a new service and the service is priced based on the size of the required modifications.
-The experimental period that can be modified for any type of error related to the website is free for 30 days, and the 30 day experimental period is only for servers that do not belong to the professional designer company, and those belonging to the professional designer company include all the features of technical support.

- If the website is operate on servers or storage that is not managed by the Professional Designer company, we do all necessary procedures to ensure the performance and effectiveness of the website during installation.
-Professional Designer does not assume any responsibility for errors or technical problems that may arise for any reason after the expiry of the experimental period specified 30 days, and may fix any defect after the expiration of the experimental period for an additional fee determined by us as a new service.
-The Full license relating to the website does not mean any kind of intellectual property rights or monopoly of the client.
